ONLINE RETURN PLOICY

We hope you love your purchase from Golden Tan & Boutique!

If something doesn't work out, we are happy to offer store credit or an exchange on eligible clothing items.

Returns:

We have an Online clothing purchases 14-days of delivery, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke free, pet hair or other odors/stains. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Store Credits & Exchanges:

Approved returns will receive store credit or an exchange only. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.

Return shipping:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are Non-refundable.

We recommend using a Shipping method with tracking, as Golden Tan & Boutique is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Damage or Incorrect items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us promptly after receiving your order so we can make it right.
